CLUB HISTORY

A Paul Harris Fellowship (PHF) Award is the highest honour that Rotary can bestow on an individual. Named after Paul Harris founder of Rotary in 1905 in Chicago, the
award is available to Rotarians and non-Rotarians who demonstrate high professional and personal standards.     The award is given by The Rotary Foundation in recognition of substantial and exemplary community service in support of Rotary ideals.

Here are the latest recipients of this prestigious award. Both our own Richard Boulderstone and Roger Adams from the St Martins Club were presented with their certificates and pins on              21 February 2024 by President Val. Between them the illumination of churches and the planting of over 60,000 crocus bulbs in over a dozen sites plus the planting of 6000 trees have contributed to environmental goals and thus enhanced the local landscape.
